Why Do I Want Product Testers?
I'm not looking for paid users right now. Instead, I want to run a trial period to test the product across multiple home service industries that would be the right fit.

My goal is to generate data and see how well the product performs across various industries & company structures.

I would also like to have a group of similar businesses that I can speak with for about 10-15 minutes every week or two, to see what can be improved, iterated or changed about the product.

I am not looking to collect any money from you right now. I simple want to implement the product into your business, so we can test the effects & value it provides.
I will be running this software within my own 3 home service companies. I have a window cleaning & pressure washing company, a holiday light installation company, and a pool cleaning company.

How This Product Helped My Own Exterior Cleaning Company Boost Recurring Revenue
When I first started my window cleaning & pressure washing company, I was not focused on collecting recurring service agreements. That year, I serviced many properties. However, going into the next year, I had very few customers on the schedule from the previous year.

This meant I had to spend the same amount on ads to acquire the same amount of customers. I decided I would restructure my business to focus on obtaining these recurring service agreements. This way, I would not have to stress about where my next dollars are coming from.
Using my knowledge in Webflow, I built out a service agreement onboarding system within my existing website.

I then connected the system to my sales platform, GoHighLevel. I also changed around my marketing, quoting & sales process to properly frame the customer around the recurring service.

The result? A smooth, branded, customer facing service agreement onboarding system that actually worked wonders. In just the first 1.5 months of 2026, I've closed over 40 recurring service agreements, with an average ticket of $560/visit. We're not even in the peak season yet.

Despite the early success, there were some basic issues that could be improved about the overall system.

I decided I would package the product, improve it based on my own experience, and try to give it to other similar businesses.

After getting a substantial amount of development finished, I filed the articles of organization for Field Onboard LLC.

A Little About My Actual Home Service Companies
For the past 3 years, I've been running my own window cleaning and pressure washing company called Window Cleaning Bay Area. I started it in highschool going door-to-door. I began learning digital ads, testing creatives extensively and I found a bread & butter way to attract high value clients for low acquistion cost.
As I mentioned before, I was able to quickly obtain high value clients, but I was not properly structured to RETAIN them.

During the time I did not have this type of service agreement system within my business, I lost tens if not hundreds of thousands in recurring job value going into the next year.
