Connecting Jobber

Connecting Jobber to Field Onboard lets you automatically sync approved quotes, contacts, jobs, and invoices. Once connected, approved quotes trigger your automations without any manual data entry.

How to Connect

• Go to Settings → Integrations (or during initial workspace setup, Step 1)

• Click Connect Jobber

• You'll be redirected to Jobber's authorization page

• Log in to your Jobber account and approve the connection

• You'll be brought back to Field Onboard

What Syncs

After connecting, Field Onboard syncs:

• Contacts — your Jobber clients appear in your Contacts list
• Quotes — approved quotes show up in your Review Quotes table on the dashboard
• Jobs — active and recurring jobs appear in the Jobs section
• Invoices — invoice data is used to calculate customer lifetime value (LTV)
• Custom fields — Jobber custom fields are available as conditions in automations

Sync Behavior

• Initial sync runs automatically after connecting and pulls in your existing data
• Ongoing sync happens automatically as changes occur in Jobber via webhooks
• You can trigger a manual sync from Settings → Integrations by clicking Sync Now

Disconnecting

If you need to disconnect Jobber, go to Settings → Integrations, click the menu on your Jobber connection, and choose Disconnect. This stops syncing but doesn't delete previously synced data.
