Managing Contacts
View, filter, and manage your customer contacts.
4 min readThe Contacts page is where you manage all your customer records — whether they've been synced from your CRM or added manually.
Contact List
Your contacts are displayed in a searchable, filterable list. Each contact shows their name, email, phone, and current status.
Filters
Use the filter tabs to focus on specific groups:
- All — every contact, sorted with action-required items at the top
- Active — contacts with active agreements or recurring services
- Pending — contacts with agreements awaiting signature
- Archived — contacts you've archived
Contact Profiles
Click any contact to view their full profile, which includes:
- Contact information — name, email, phone, address (editable)
- Agreements — all agreements sent to this contact, filterable by status (Completed, Pending, Expired, Archived)
- Visit information — upcoming and past service visits
- Invoices — payment history and lifetime value (LTV), calculated from paid invoices
- Action required — if there are approved quotes awaiting review, they'll appear prominently with options to send or skip
Adding Contacts
If you're connected to a CRM, contacts sync automatically. You can also create contacts manually by clicking Create Contact and entering their details.
Sending from a Contact
From any contact's profile, you can initiate sending an agreement directly — the contact's information is pre-filled in the send flow.
