4 min readThe Jobs page shows all your recurring and one-off jobs synced from your CRM. This is where you track service delivery and revenue projections.
Jobs List
The main list shows each job with:
- Client name and link
- Service frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)
- Job status (active, renewing, unscheduled, inactive)
- Renewal date (if applicable)
Job Detail
Click any job to see a detailed view:
- Projected Value Chart — visual projection of the job's revenue over time
- Revenue Summary — total job value, estimated monthly and annual revenue, and visit count
- Job Details — client, service address, frequency, start and end dates
- Visits Table — a list of all scheduled and completed visits for this job
Revenue Calculations
Revenue projections depend on your workspace's billing mode (configured during setup):
- Per Month — revenue is calculated as a flat monthly amount regardless of visit count
- Per Visit — revenue is calculated by multiplying the per-visit rate by the number of visits in each period
This affects how weekly and bi-weekly jobs display their monthly and annual projections.
Job Statuses
- Active — the job is currently running with scheduled visits
- Renewing — the job is approaching its renewal date
- Unscheduled — the job exists but has no upcoming visits
- Inactive — the job has been paused or cancelled
